Dear SW,

This is a untitled acrylic on card painting, 19.3 x 16.5 inches. Sold on a London auction in 2007 with the following description:
"three naieve styled black birds with blue & red stylised plumage, fantastic flying butterfly above, signed in syllabic script thunderbird".

Regards,
X-Ray

X Ray,

What is your point? This painting is a real nice example of Morrisseu's power and ability to deliver strength in such a simplistic fashion
I can't wait to attend the Red Lake Festival.

Hi M. Nichols,

I believe that X-Ray just wanted to provide additional information about this piece of art of Norval Morrisseau.

I also agree with you that "this painting is a real nice example of Morrisseu's power and ability to deliver strength in such a simplistic fashion"...

Thanks SW,

You are right, just additional info. I personally think the description is funny. But I agree with M. Nichols, it’s a powerful image.

Kind regards,
X-Ray
