NOTE: This was a follow-up letter to an item presented above sent to Maslak McLeod Gallery more than 8 (eight) years earlier (see Exhibit No. 2) and sent only two months after the National Post's "Morrisseau fakes alleged" was published (see Exhibit No. 5). In this letter there was also no mention of "fakes and imitations" and it shows Maslak McLeod Gallery being advised to cease and desist immeadiately in the reproduction via advertisemant, brochures or other promotional material of any Norval Morrisseau's works pursuant to the Canadian Copyright Act.
