- A signed document where Norval Morrisseau supposedly expressed concern about paintings (forgeries) from Thunder Bay, auctions, some galleries and on the internet. Also giving authority to Donald Robinson, Kinsman Robinson Galleries, Gabor and Michele Vadas to authenticate his works (Signed by Norval Morrisseau; witnessed by Gabor Vadas)

-
In this document which was published in a questionable 'Expert Report' by Donald C. Robinson it is clear that Gabor Vadas and Kinsman Robinson Galleries confused the public with unsubstantiated allegations that 'any paintings whose provenance is in doubt, bearing what is purported to be Norval Morrisseau's signature' to be questioned and preferably authenticated by Donald Robinson, Kinsman Robinson Galleries, Gabor and Michele Vadas, or Norval Morrisseau himself.
-
NOTES: It is strange that Gabor Vadas was not able to request the proof of non-authenticity from Donald Robinson and/or Kinsman Robinson Galleries nor from the artist himself (Norval Morrisseau) for the paintings in a court case 'Otavnik Vs Vadas SC 07-51428-00' (see Exhibit No. 24) which was filed on April 16th, 2007 (more than six months prior Norval Morrisseau's passsing into the spirit world) even when Mr. Otavnik requested, via Gabor Vadas, for Norval Morrisseau to evaluate the paintings in question - requests ignored by Gabor Vadas!? The court case which Gabor Vadas lost and paid $11, 000 for damages to Joseph Otavnik (see Exhibit No. 24).

-
~ These paintings were also purchased at Randy Potter Auctions (former Kahn Auctions) as the majority of the paintings in Exhibit No. 12 & Exhibit No. 13.
