A letter by Norval Morrisseau (witnessed by Gabor Vadas) to Aaron Milrad of Fraser Milner Casgrain
-
As per above letter it was stated that Norval Morrisseau authorized Aaron Milrad to bring a legal action against Maslak McLeod Gallery for breach of copyright and moral rights with respect to their catalogue "Norval Morrisseau: The Development of the Woodland School of Art" 1960 - 1980" (see 'Exhibit No. 13'), and for the publication of artworks attributed to Norval Morrisseau which are fakes, as outlined in the affidavit by Norval Morrisseau dated 24 April 2003 (click HERE), and to obtain these fake paintings for destruction (see Exhibit No. 16).

-
NOTE: Legal action against Maslak McLeod Gallery HAS NEVER TAKEN PLACE. Moreover, to date Donald Robinson and Gabor Vadas cannot point to one case where they have proved that someone made, sold, distributed or even marketed one "fake". NOT ONE CASE!
